Jeff Martin, the founder of Youth gym Brisbane, has worked with kids since 2004. He’s a certified youth trainer, working with children to develop functional fitness and physical literacy. He’s coached hundreds of kids, from state record holders to D1 athletes, and has helped hundreds of schools improve their kids programs. In late 2014, Jeff launched The Brand X Method, which focuses on optimal youth development and physical literacy.
